Cancellation
Cancellations up to 2 days before the date of the tours, a 0% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be given to you immediately. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation can be canceled at no cost to the client until the 7th (included).Cancellations from 24 to 48 hours before the date of the tour, a 50% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be produced immediately and payments to your client will be produced on 50 % of the established net fee if previously charged.
