Overview
Ashuma is ready to set sail. She is a 25 Sea runner trimaran, with big comfortable nets all around the circumference of her large center cockpit. Completely relax or lend a hand, it's up to you. She is fast, stable and loaded with comfortable space on her trampolines and a large cockpit. You charter Ashuma by the hour, so every tour is private and catered to you. If you have been on a crowded boat tour and spent time having to chat with folks you could have gladly gone through life without knowing, then you'll love Ashuma. You control the ambiance, and you control the guest list. The snorkeling equipment is on board and a fishing rod is available. Snacks and refreshments are provided. Dolphins and whales often join tour and when the water is clear the snorkeling is beautiful. You set the time! There is a 2 hour minimum but 3-4 hours are highly recommended.

Cancellation
Cancellations up to 2 days before the date of the tours, a 0% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be given to you immediately. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation can be canceled at no cost to the client until the 7th (included).Cancellations from 24 to 48 hours before the date of the tour, a 50% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be produced immediately and payments to your client will be produced on 50 % of the established net fee if previously charged. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation can be canceled up to the 7th (included). Day 8 is cancelable with a cost of 50% of the amount previously paid by the client. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the client.Cancellations within 24 hours before the tour, the client is penalized with 100% of the value of the tour, notifying immediately and will occur in payments to your represented 100% of the established net fee if previously charged. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, on the 9th the reservation is no longer cancelable. So the import previously paid by the client will not be returned. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the customer.In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the service contracted by the client will be penalized and no exceptions will be provided for returns. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation is not cancelable on the 10th. So the import previously paid by the client will not be returned. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the customer.
