This is the best demonstration that we are a family experilovedence provider. We can fly with your loved child or your dog. We are a team of highly exprienced pilots with more than 30 years experience, experience which can perform amaziing flights together with your loved ones...yes..we will be with you two in this flight to ensure that this will be a marvelous and unforgettable exprince for you two. We can fly an adult with an infant /child or any passenger with its loved dog. Some restrictions apply, infant/child weight around 28 pounds and it's height around 47 inches. Regarding dogs not heavier than 62 pounds and not longer than23 inches. Family flight Unless the client requests it (the transportation from the hotel to the meeting point has an additional cost) we will meet at the meeting point, previously sent, just 7 or 8 minutes from downtown Jaco. We will start from our meeting point and drive to our mountain takeoff. The passenger will meet the staff of Katto sky tours. The pilots, 100% certified and with many years of experience, will prepare the equipment and the passengers for the flight. The flight pilot will explain how the takeoff, flight, and landing will be. The takeoff will be assisted by the members of the staff that are necessary for a safe experience. During the flight, the pilot will be able to explain any concern to the passenger, while enjoying a unique, relaxing, and pleasant experience with your companion or your dog. After providing the necessary instructions for a good maneuver, the pilot will land with the passengers at the same takeoff point. The used equipment will be disconnected on firm ground and checked that the passengers are in perfect condition. If the video contract passenger is consulted for their data, send the video in digital format. Finally, if the family hires transportation, the Katto Sky tour staff will return them to their place of stay. You can start this experience at the following places. Cancellation
Cancellations up to 2 days before the date of the tours, a 0% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be given to you immediately. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation can be canceled at no cost to the client until the 7th (included).Cancellations from 24 to 48 hours before the date of the tour, a 50% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be produced immediately and payments to your client will be produced on 50 % of the established net fee if previously charged. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation can be canceled up to the 7th (included). Day 8 is cancelable with a cost of 50% of the amount previously paid by the client. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the client.Cancellations within 24 hours before the tour, the client is penalized with 100% of the value of the tour, notifying immediately and will occur in payments to your represented 100% of the established net fee if previously charged. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, on the 9th the reservation is no longer cancelable. So the import previously paid by the client will not be returned. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the customer.In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the service contracted by the client will be penalized and no exceptions will be provided for returns. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation is not cancelable on the 10th. So the import previously paid by the client will not be returned. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the customer.
