- Duration: As the tour is self-guided, the length of stay will depend on the visitor. You can enter from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Cancellation
Cancellations up to 2 days before the date of the tours, a 0% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be given to you immediately. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation can be canceled at no cost to the client until the 7th (included).Cancellations from 24 to 48 hours before the date of the tour, a 50% penalty is applied to the client, in turn, notification of cancellation will be produced immediately and payments to your client will be produced on 50 % of the established net fee if previously charged. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation can be canceled up to the 7th (included). Day 8 is cancelable with a cost of 50% of the amount previously paid by the client. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the client.Cancellations within 24 hours before the tour, the client is penalized with 100% of the value of the tour, notifying immediately and will occur in payments to your represented 100% of the established net fee if previously charged. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, on the 9th the reservation is no longer cancelable. So the import previously paid by the client will not be returned. The remaining amount to be paid, if any, cannot be claimed from the customer.In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the service contracted by the client will be penalized and no exceptions will be provided for returns. Example: if the visit is on the 10th, the reservation is not cancelable on the 10th. So the import previously paid by the client will not be returned.
